Recessed LED Lights installation instructions:
Drill hole with 158-163 mm (6.2-6.4") diameter in the mounting surface. Plug the light fixture into the hole while holding the retaining springs in upright position. Connect the LED light to the driver with the plug-in connector. Driver should be hard wired to line voltage. Depending where you want the driver to be placed, you can extend the line voltage cable to the driver or the low voltage cable between the driver and the lighting fixture. Recessed pot can (housing) is not included and we do not sell such. Insulation should not touch the metal surface of the back of the fixture to allow free air flow and proper cooling.
Every fixture comes with one UL classified external power supply Class 2 (LED driver).
It is not possible to connect more than one fixture to one driver.
The
LED Recessed Light itself has not been certified, but it operates on low voltage.
Generates very little heat.
Dimmable and Air-Tight. Suitable for damp locations.
Do not install at directly exposed to water locations.
*DIMMABLE. Please not that the dimmable version of the drivers is compatible with TRIAC dimmers. These are the less-expensive old-fashioned incandescent dimmers that you can purchase from hardware stores. PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) dimming systems like remote-controlled ones may cause flickering.
