We use Canada Post for shipping of small orders and UPS or FedEx for large.
When an order is qualified for FREE GROUND SHIPPING we will ship it by Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Each LED Light is individually inspected and tested before shipping.
We offer 30 Day Money Back from the date of purchase if by any reason you are not satisfied, less shipping and handling costs. We do not charge restocking fees.
If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
To receive full refund the LED Lighting products must be in the original clean boxes and in resell-able condition without scratches and marks. LED Lights returned in inferior conditions than the stated above will get only partial refund by our discretion. Please use the original packaging when returning products to us, or other protective boxes. Merchandise that arrives in damaged condition due to improper packaging will not be credited.
You need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from us by calling or e-mailing before returning any LED Lighting product. Lotus LED Lights will not accept returns and will not issue refunds without a valid Return Authorization Number.
Defect or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced at no charge for you and we will reimburse you for your shipping cost after we receive and inspect the products.
The warranty of our LED Lights is 2 years from the purchase date. Products that have been modified by the user, exposed to extreme temperatures, used in a way not intended by the manufacturer, overpowered or wrongfully powered are not warranted.
