Location: Delta, BC
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders from clients and vendors.
- Match purchase orders with invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure proper authorization for all documents and transactions.
- Code and post invoices accurately into the system.
- Handle phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
- Proactively reach out to customers.
- Learn about the lighting industry and its specific aspects.
- After the probationary period, answer technical questions via phone and email related to the lighting industry.
- Learn our products and systems to work independently and answer customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
- Bonus skills: digital marketing experience, proficiency in French, or knowledge/experience in electrical work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
- 1-2 years of reception/administrative experience.
- Outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses, clarity in communication, and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A personality that fundamentally understands and values our company principles.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Lighting product knowledge (preferred but not required).
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Comfortable with phone interaction, including contact with business owners, sales agents, and customers.
